Since 2015, Nooz Optics has been revolutionizing the eyewear industry through a unique blend of design, practicality, and innovation. To sustain its international growth and streamline complex operational requirements, Nooz partnered with The Service Company to implement a high-performance Odoo ERP solution.
This strategic collaboration addressed a dual challenge: optimizing global logistics by automating data flows with their partner Effitrac, and executing a seamless financial migration from Winbooks to Odoo Accounting in time for the January 1st, 2025, fiscal deadline. Supported by bespoke training programs, this digital transformation provides Nooz Optics with a scalable, integrated ecosystem tailored to its global ambitions.
Deployed solution
We developed a bespoke Effitrac > Odoo connector to synchronize order preparation, inventory management, and goods reception, resulting in seamless bidirectional communication that reduces errors and delays.
Alongside this technical integration, we managed the full migration of accounting data from Winbooks to Odoo, ensuring a smooth transition and a system fully operational by January 1, 2025.
This project has enabled Nooz Optics to centralize its logistics, sales, and accounting within a single ERP, automating processes in line with the brand’s innovative spirit.
